Quality Policy
At Steel Emporium, quality is not just a process — it is our culture. Every pipe, tube, and fitting we supply undergoes rigorous inspection to ensure it meets or exceeds international standards including ASTM, ASME, DIN, and EN. We are committed to delivering products with full material traceability, supported by original Mill Test Certificates (MTC 3.1 & 3.2), ensuring our customers receive exactly what they order — every single time.

Quality Control Process
Raw Material Inspection
All incoming materials are verified against MTC and subjected to PMI testing before acceptance.
Dimensional Verification
OD, wall thickness, length, and straightness checked against ASTM/ASME tolerances using calibrated instruments.
Non-Destructive Testing
UT, ECT, and Radiography performed as per customer and standard requirements.
Hydrostatic Pressure Test
Each pipe is hydrostatically tested to ensure leak-proof integrity under specified pressure conditions.
Surface & Visual Inspection
Internal and external surfaces inspected for defects, pitting, cracks, and finish quality before dispatch.
Third Party Inspection
We welcome TPI by Bureau Veritas, SGS, Lloyds, and TUV at any stage of inspection and dispatch.
Testing Capabilities
Positive Material Identification to verify alloy composition on-site.
Detects internal flaws and wall thickness variations.
Surface and near-surface defect detection for seamless tubes.
Pressure integrity test as per ASTM A530 and customer specs.
Intergranular Corrosion Test for stainless steel grades.
X-ray inspection for weld integrity in welded pipes and fittings.
Mechanical tests to verify ductility and formability of tubes.
Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers hardness as per material standards.
Spectrometric analysis to confirm chemical composition of each heat.
